About the event
Why take our prenatal class? It is taught by our very own Sarah Hutchison and Lara Coward, who live and breathe life-long learning. With backgrounds in anatomy, physiology and biology, it is our passion to educate you about how the body works in labour. You’ll leave this class feeling confident in your body’s ability to birth. We share stories, experiences, evidence based information, and education.
This prenatal class can be done one on one in the comfort of your home, or in a group setting.
It is a 5 module class that covers:

Anatomy and Physiology of the pregnant woman
